Use Cases, PoC and Demos

GAINS explores how agentic AI can support real telco and cloud operations by combining telemetry, service definitions, policies, and operational processes into safe, auditable workflows. This section collects the use cases addressed by the project and will progressively host proof-of-concept results, demos, and early-adopter collaboration opportunities.

Use case areas

• Sustainability monitoring and prediction: predictive monitoring of energy, emissions, utilization and anomalies, enabling identification of inefficiencies and supporting audit readiness.
• Configuration and deployment optimization: generation of standardized, policy-aware configurations and deployment procedures to reduce errors and delivery time, while limiting over-provisioning.
• Knowledge and documentation automation: consistent technical and procedural documentation aligned with policies and SLAs, supporting repeatability and governance.

Proof of Concept, demos and early adopters

Some deliverables include proof-of-concept artifacts such as reference workflows, demo scenarios, evaluation scripts, and integration notes. As they become available, GAINS will publish:

• PoC descriptions (scope, assumptions, constraints and evaluation criteria)
• Demo scenarios (what is automated, what is verified, what remains under human oversight)
• Early adopter collaboration notes (how to evaluate feasibility in industrial settings)
